We strive to ship your unique items safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Processing Time:
- Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days, depending on what is being shipped. Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or for custom orders.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Costs:
- We offer the following shipping methods: USPS, UPS and FedEx
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the total of your purchase - this is subject to change though.
- We can offer shipping insurance for items upon request
Shipping Destinations:
- We currently only ship in the United States - for some items we do ask that you please know your state laws.
Shipping Time:
- Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method and destination. We strive to have quick shipping, we aim for 5-7 business days at most, it could be longer though based on the item or anything custom
- Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues.
Tracking Information:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.
Shipping Address:
- Please ensure that you provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at anomalous.obscura2@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes once your order has been processed.
Damaged or Lost Shipments:
- We do our best to make sure every item is packaged safely and securely and triple check everything before we ship them. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at anomalous.obscura2@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the damaged package and items.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at anomalous.obscura2@gmail.com so we can file a claim with the carrier.
