We strive to provide unique and fascinating items, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.
General Returns:
- You may return most items (excluding those listed as exceptions below) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus original shipping costs.
- Returned items must be in the same condition you received them, including all original packaging and documentation. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at anomalous.obscura2@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect (see below).
Exceptions:
The following items are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or error on our part:
- Antiques, oddities, specimens of all forms, bones, bone jewelry and bone art, handmade items
- Items marked as "Final Sale."
- Any sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately at anomalous.obscura2@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
- We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.
- We will either replace the item (if available) or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
Returning Of Clothing
- Clothing must unworn and returned in the original packaging, if clothing appears worn and not in the condition it was sent in then we will not issue a return.
Return Process:
- Contact us at anomalous.obscura2@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photos.
- Once your return is authorized, we will send you return instructions.
- Carefully package the item to prevent damage during shipping. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.
- Ship the item back to us according to the instructions provided.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
